Red Hat has provided two new releases of its Red Hat Enterprise Linux distribution: 9.6 and 10. See the RHEL 9.6 release notes, and the RHEL 10 release notes and blog entry.
Both releases ship, among many other highlights
- support for the new IBM z17 and LinuxONE 5 machines, in particular:
- AI Exploitation
- New Secure Execution and Crypto features
- Network Express support
- support for vertical CPU polarization
